Elizabeth joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 2003. She specializes in analyzing the needs of clients and assisting them with the planning of their financial goals and objectives. She received her Certification in Long Term Care in 2007 and earned her Certified Financial Planner certification in 2009.
Elizabeth is a 2003 graduate of the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and double concentration in Finance and Marketing. She is a member of the Junior League of Richmond and the Maymont Foundation’s Dooley Noted Society.

Brent joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 2000. Brent is passionate about helping individuals, families, small businesses, executives, and other professionals to find creative solutions for their financial futures. He joined the Fitzgerald, Forder & Hailes Creative Financial Solutions team in 2008.
Brent is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. He is the current Chairman of the Board for the Richmond Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. Brent is also a volunteer coach for Upward Basketball and Little League. Brent loves spending time with his two beautiful children, Harper and Brent Jr. and his lovely wife Catherine.

James joined Fitzgerald, Forder & Hailes, Creative Financial Solutions in May of 2010 as an Associate Financial Representative. He previously interned as an Investment Analyst for the Virginia Group of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Now, as a member of Fitzgerald, Forder & Hailes, Creative Financial Solutions, James focuses on servicing, supporting and growing the investment side of the business.
James graduated with highest honors from Hampden-Sydney College in May 2010, with a degree in Mathematical-Economics. In his spare time James likes to golf and cook.

Sloan graduated from Sweet Briar College in 2008 with a Masters in the Arts of Teaching degree. She joined the Virginia Group of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in July 2008 as an Associate Financial Representative. In May 2010, Sloan became part of the Fitzgerald, Forder & Hailes Creative Financial Solutions team to service the insurance side of the business. She is currently licensed in life insurance, health insurance & annuities in the state of Virginia.
In her free time, Sloan enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog, Coco.
